T he Development has no obstacle now for Protocol 16 because a new transformer for electricity will be build up to match the Bulgarian National standard for electricity , as the old one did not match those. This new Transformer will be made and mounted in place. A commission has been appointed to come and inspect the Complex once the transformer is ready . Doing all measurements though will take some technical time.
BDB 4 are pushing hard to have the Complex ready as soon as possible , to appoint and train staff for the leisure building and to open the Reception and the Restaurant.
The management do believes that once the Complex is ready it will all depend on the good marketing which has already started. We have a great location, lovely view of the Mountains, free shuttle bus from the Complex to Bansko, outdoor swimming pool, exquisite lake which will be stocked with fish.
The management is still thinking of a way to offer rental contracts . New details will be given by the end of June .
The Two Rivers Holiday Village is set in an idyllic location between two babbling rivers overlooking a lake and meadows with stunning views of the Pirin Mountains. Following the change in shareholding, Two Rivers Holiday Village will now be completed, co-ordinated and operated by the current owner, Kalin Kalaidjiev. As a result of the change in shareholding BDB Group will no longer be party to any further involvement in Two Rivers Holiday Village.
All preliminary contracts and rental contracts are unaffected by these changes.
As part of the managed hand over, a dedicated Customer Services Team managed by Ivo Ovanesyan, was established to ensure services and support offered to Two Rivers Apartment Owners are unaffected.
