A campaign was started by a leading property broker in the UK who is certified and well experienced in managing other forms of companies.
Worldwide Propertied Portfolio ( Ireland) Ltd. – WPP led negotiations with BDB 4 – the managing company of the Two Rivers Complex . We have agreed to co-operate in any way with WPP because of the situation BDB 4 is in at the moment and that all the promises we have made and not concluded. WPP put pressure on BDB 4 to conclude its obligations and also to join the owners/investors in a Joint Stock Company (JSC) which will be managed by WPP and will serve in the best interest of the owners/investors.
WPP will contact each one of the owner/investors that have not taken ownership and present the benefits of the JSC and how this will serve and protect your investment.

Owning another project (Three Mountains Complex) similar to the one in the Two Rivers, the Directors are awaiting refund for the Generator for the electricity installation in the Three Mountains Complex, which has been approved and awaits the refund of the investment made.
